In 2007, Stas co-founded Mega Aid Pharmacy with an initial seed investment of $141,000, subsequently transforming it into a $24 million enterprise spanning three locations. Mega Aid has become the dominant vendor in non-sterile compounding within the New York City market, operating from a cutting-edge 52,000 square-foot production facility capable of manufacturing various drug dosage forms, housing a segregated USP 800 hazardous production suite, providing retail pharmacy services, and supplying durable medical equipment. In response to evolving regulatory requirements and increased demand, Stas strategically integrated technology into the facility's 24-hour operations, optimizing the efforts of over 200 employees situated across five locations in the United States, Ukraine, Puerto Rico, Pakistan, and China.

His extensive experience includes the development and implementation of multiple software projects within the healthcare sector, notably a proprietary platform "Logistic Assist". Stan's dedicated efforts have significantly enhanced and streamlined the medication delivery process, benefiting both patients and healthcare facilities. Furthermore, he spearheaded the planning and execution of the Population Health Management platform, which was conceived and crafted under his leadership.
