He earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, pursued graduate studies at The Scripps Research Institute, and earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law. With a strong background in pharma and biotech patent litigation and technology contracting, Joshua has considerable experience in advising life sciences companies in the protection of their competitive assets.
