John Randall

John Randall is the Director of Technology Infrastructure for Hygia, creating and leading the technological foundation supporting Hygia’s healthcare AI software platform. Before joining Hygia, John was the Director of IT Infrastructure for almost five years for the largest US healthcare quality improvement company and responsible for 800+ users across multiple locations and remote users. He built and led the highly successful 13-person distributed IT infrastructure engineering organization innovating and supporting a complex, multi-region AWS secure cloud-hybrid enterprise IT environment. John’s earlier positions include both consulting and in-house leadership roles, spearheading hundreds of transformative technology projects aligned with companies’ vision across a wide range of industries including healthcare. Passionate about the power of continuous learning, John is a certified Project Management Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, ITIL v3 Foundation, and has a BS in Information Systems Management with a minor in Cybersecurity.

With decades of in-depth technology transformation experience and professional development, John brings deep technological expertise and a proven record of delivering innovative technology solutions for businesses from startups to large enterprise operations. He thrives on challenges and excels at healthcare technologies, infrastructures and operations, regulations, data privacy, problem solving, and customer service.
